These are the general questions, the ones about how we work. For anything about a particular pest, the pest's own page goes into far more detail, and every service page has questions of its own at the bottom.

Where we work
We're based in George and work along the Garden Route coast from Mossel Bay to Plettenberg Bay, and inland through Oudtshoorn and the Klein Karoo. The areas we cover page lists every town and suburb with its own page.
Before you phone
It helps to have a few things ready: the town and the type of property, what you've seen and where, roughly how long it's been going on, and whether there are pets, babies or anyone with asthma in the house. A photo of the pest, the droppings or the damage is worth sending ahead. With that, we can usually tell you on the first call what the job involves and how we'd go about it.
Practical questions
The questions below are about the visit itself: getting ready, being home, what happens afterwards, and how to get hold of us.
All questions
Which areas do you work in?
George and the Garden Route coast from Mossel Bay to Plettenberg Bay, plus Oudtshoorn and the Klein Karoo. If you're not sure whether we reach you, phone and ask.
Are you a registered pest control company?
Yes. We're registered with SAPCA, the South African Pest Control Association, and we've worked in the Garden Route for more than 25 years.
Do I have to leave the house during a treatment?
Not for normal insect or rodent treatments. People and pets just stay out of treated rooms until they're dry. Gas fumigation is different: the building must be empty until it has been cleared.
Must I unpack my kitchen cupboards first?
No. Our sprays are odourless and non-staining, and they're applied where insects hide, not inside your crockery. Just clear the counters and the floor along the skirtings.
How do you work out the price?
From the size of the property, the pest, how established it is, how many visits are needed and how far we travel. We quote before any work starts.
Do you take after-hours emergencies?
Yes, we do 24-hour call-outs for urgent problems, such as a swarm of bees in a doorway or a wasp nest where people have been stung.
Do you treat businesses as well as homes?
Yes. We do domestic, commercial and industrial work, from a single flat to restaurants, schools, hotels, warehouses and farms.
Can you tell what it is from a picture?
Often, yes. WhatsApp or email us a clear photo, with something for scale if you can. It often tells us what we're dealing with before anyone visits.
Is there a guarantee?
Our treatments carry a three-month guarantee. Termite work and other larger jobs have their terms set out in writing with the quote.
Does someone need to be home when you come?
Someone needs to let us in and show us where the problem is. For holiday homes and rentals, a caretaker, neighbour or agent can do that.
How do I book?
Phone 044 012 5011, WhatsApp us, or fill in the form on our contact page with your town and the pest, and we'll get back to you.
